About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team in Haldwani. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality talent, coordinating with hiring managers, and building strong talent pipelines to support the organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
• 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for hiring
