COOK YOUR FAVOURITE FROZZO PARATHA

HEATING

Preheat a non-stick tawa or pan on medium flame.

COOKING

Remove the frozen  Paratha from the freezer. Do not thaw. Place it directly on the preheated tawa and cook for 1–2 minutes on each side. Press gently and flip occasionally until both sides turn golden brown and the layers separate.

SERVING

Serve hot with curries, chutneys, or a dollop of butter for the best taste.

STORING

Seal and keep the remaining frozen Paratha in the freezer at –18°C or below.
