Sales Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities.
• Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Sales Execution:
• Conduct product or service demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Track and report on sales performance using CRM software.
• Managing Warehouse Sales & Operations on day-to-day basis.
Industry Knowledge & Networking:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Build and maintain a strong professional network.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support.
• Collaborate with other sales executives to achieve team goals.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience:
Proven experience in sales of 2-6 years, ideally with a focus experience of FMCG or
Food industry.
Strong understanding of the sales process and best practices.
Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and persuasive skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
