About the Role
Pal Frozen Foods Company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented ccwith hands-on experience in the frozen food industry. The role focuses on ensuring microbiological safety, hygiene compliance, and product quality across all stages of production, in line with regulatory and international food safety standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished frozen food products.
Conduct pathogen identification and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
Monitor and control environmental hygiene (air, water, equipment, and surface testing).
Develop, implement, and maintain sanitation and hygiene programs to minimize contamination risks.
Analyze test results, prepare accurate reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Support implementation and maintenance of HACCP, ISO 22000, and related food safety systems.
Assist during internal and external audits, including regulatory and certification audits.
Collaborate with Production and QA teams to ensure product safety, quality, and shelf life.
Conduct training sessions for plant staff on microbiological risks and hygiene best practices.
