About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and creative chef to develop and improve frozen Ready-to-Eat (RTE) snack
products like spring rolls, momos, and coated items. This role blends culinary expertise with food
science to bring innovative, scalable products to market.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine frozen snack recipes based on trends and consumer preferences.
• Conduct kitchen trials, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life testing.
• Collaborate with production for scale-up and quality consistency.
• Work with QA to ensure food safety and compliance (FSSAI, HACCP).
• Partner with Marketing and Procurement for product launches and sourcing.
• Stay updated on market trends, ingredients, and technology.
• Train production staff on recipes and SOPs.
Requirements:
• Culinary degree/diploma or food tech background.
• 5-10 years’ experience in frozen/RTE product development.
• Strong knowledge of frozen snacks, food processing, and hygiene standards.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and a team player.
