About the Role
• Monitor production quality of frozen food products.
• Conduct in-process, finished product & microbiological testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO22000, HACCP, GMP & GHP standards.
• Maintain quality documentation & audit records.
• Supervise hygiene, sanitation & cold chain parameters.
• Coordinate with production for corrective actions & improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Conduct training sessions for staff to maintain GMP, GHP, food safety, and other compliance standards.
• Analyse quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts as required.
Requirements
Knowledge of frozen food processing, HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems.
Strong in documentation, analysis & quality control.
