About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Execute daily production plans and ensure smooth line operations.
• Monitor machine activity, reduce downtime, and coordinate with maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSAI, GMP, and hygiene standards.
• Manage manpower, train operators, and maintain shift handover reports.
• Track raw materials, wastage, yields, and maintain production documentation.
• Support process improvements, product trials, and monitor KPIs.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Food Tech / Food Science / Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in frozen foods or food processing production.
Strong knowledge of food safety, machinery, and production workflows.
