About the Role

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve national sales targets and objectives.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of regional sales managers to ensure consistent performance and goal attainment.
• Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and promotions.
• Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, including sales volume, pricing, and profitability.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.


Industry: Frozen Food

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).


  • Proven track record of at least 7 years in sales management within the frozen food industry, with experience managing national or regional sales teams.

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales organization.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.

  • Deep understanding of the food industry, including market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
