About the Role

1. Talent Acquisition: Experience in developing talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
2. Employee Relations: Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues and nurturing a positive working environment while controlling attrition.
3. Leadership: Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
4. Training and Development: Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
5. Strategic Thinking: Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
6. Statutory Compliances: In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. Liaising with labor, factory, local police, and other departments according to industry standards.
7. Performance Management: Designing and implementing performance management systems to ensure fair and objective evaluations, goal-setting, and performance improvement plans.
